Join us on our 30:10:30 challenge – getting up 30 minutes earlier than usual and meditating for (at least) 10 minutes every day for 30 days. Hopefully we’ll all set a new positive habit into motion, together.
Getting up early can change your entire day, by changing your attitude towards challenges. First challenge – get out of bed – if you kill this first challenge, other challenges throughout the day can be easier to accomplish because you’ve started your day with the mindset of “I can do it!”.
